Our Policies

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment, after which all cancellations/no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.

If you are unable to make your appointment, you can always send someone else in your place. Just let us know, via text/phone call (Our therapists on-shift do not have access to email).

Harassment Policy: The Still Point has a zero-tolerance policy for any kind of harassment.

Health Safety: Cautiously following all state and CDC cleanliness & safety protocols.

Masks are optional with some therapists.

A note on our space: There are stairs required to enter our space.

Free street parking is generously available nearby.
