Appointments are available 7 days a week.

We accept debit & credit cards. We also accept FSA and HSA cards. We do not accept cash or checks. Afterpay is available through our online scheduler (Square).
We do not accept insurance, but can provide you with a receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your health insurance for reimbursement.

How it Works
1. Purchase your massage package on our packages page.
2. Book a session.
Book the session length included in your package as a Returning Client appointment.
For example:
If you have a "60 Minute Massage Package", book a "Returning Client 60 Minute Massage" and your massage will be automatically deducted from your package.
Note: Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gratuity is not included in the package price.
Standard cancellation policy applies.
All sessions within a package are for the same length session.
The client who intends to use the package must purchase it in their name with their email address.
Looking to give a loved one the gift of relaxation and massage at The Still Point?
We offer two options.
1. Purchase a gift card that gets sent to their email.
2. Give them a printable gift certificate in person. To do this, follow these steps:

We also have printed card stock gift certificates at the clinic that you can pick up at your next visit, or upon request. We are by appointment only, so please make sure to contact us first.

Scheduling Tips:

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Our scheduling system does not accept gift cards or FSA/HSA cards to hold the appointment. The Still Point will only charge the holding card in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

Our system does not accept pre-payment. By entering your card number at booking, you are holding the appointment, not pre-paying for it.

Appointments are available for online booking up to 60 days in advance and 1 hour before appointment start time. For special scheduling circumstances, please email/text us.

Please tell us about yourself in the booking comments. Are you pregnant, do you have a sore neck, or are you looking for a specific modality? We would love to know.

Our therapists each practice specialized forms of touch therapy. Please read the therapists' bios to find someone with the training and skillsets that are a good fit for your needs. Feel free to ask us for help in finding the right therapist for you.

We do not offer 2 massages in the same room (AKA couples massages). However, usually with some planning, we can schedule 2 sessions to begin at or near the same time. Contact the office for assistance.

If you are booking the appointment for someone else, please put the appointment in their name. If you want to pay for the session, you can enter your card information. If it is a surprise, enter your contact information. Just let us know in the comments what your plan is, and we can make sure to support you correctly.

Package Owners: To book your next appointment, select Returning Client and choose the session length included in your package. Your session will be redeemed automatically at checkout. A credit or debit card is still required to reserve your appointment, though it will not be charged. Please note that gratuity is not included in packages and can be added at the time of your visit.
